The breakfast buffet was top notch. Probably the best breakfast buffet I have ever had. ( I travel a lot all over the US ) The service we received, from everyone from the coffee shop to dinner to pool side drink carts was excellent. Everyone had a great attitude and was very friendly and accommodating.

The property was clean and easy to navigate. Everything was a short walk away. We were able to drink Don Julio instead of crap tequila. The buffet was amazing with so many fresh options to choose from. We had great dinners at the Guacamole, Italiana and Agave. Crystal was terrible, skip it. Cappuccino had great drinks and snacks all day. We attended 3 parties at the resort next door. They were fun, very similar to Las Vegas pool parties. The daytime parties were more fun than the night time white party. The beach was huge but we spent very little time on it. Too many vendors. We loved our room. It had a great shower and in room tub. We slept well and enjoyed our balcony. Best of all, no families and whiny kids. Highly recommend checking it out.

My husband and I had a great time at the Riu Palace Baja California resort! Food and drinks were excellent! Breakfast was buffet style every morning with an extensive selection of all kinds of foods. Lunch was again, buffet style at the main restaurant or many people just snacked by the pool with tacos, nachos or other sandwiches. Lots of choices for dinner! It just depends on what you're in the mood for! The staff were so friendly and had excellent service everywhere we went. The resort was so clean and well taken care of. The resort has different activities throughout the day by/in the pool. There is also nightly entertainment -- karaoke, bands, DJ and other unique shows that we enjoyed too. There are party theme nights at the neighbor resort that all staying at the Riu Palace Baja California resort have access to. Highly recommend!

My husband and I travel every summer with our son and his twin best friends (who are all 21). This resort offered something for everyone and is close to the marina. During one of our trips to the marina to participate in activities, the boys actually preferred to walk back to the resort. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations. I had an omelet 3 out of the 5 days which was prepared on demand with fresh veggies, meats, and cheese if preferred.

The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. Always asking if we needed anything and service was quick. The rooms were very clean and stocked with water/drinks. The food was great and plenty of different options. The best meal I had was the steak at the steak restaurant on site. Surf and turf option. They had an extensive list of drinks and cocktails to try. My wife and I were there for our babymoon and were very happy with our choice.

Entertainment crew bought a great vibe! Everyone was having a good time. Lots to do, lots of attentive staff the drinks are always flowing the buffet food is amazing, easy to get into the restaurants with no wait needed and access to the other resorts such a bonus. Hard to have any negative on this trip! Except the ocean view rooms were not available we still had partial view of the arch’s so made it worth it also bath tub in the room and liquor bottles in the mini bar. Great work to the staff here they are all happy and eager to help made for a wonderful stay

When we got there, the receptionist said they only had twin bed rooms, which I requested a clean. I didn’t like that. He lied to me and said the view was the best. It just have two twin beds. The view was not the best when they did accommodate me with the queen, which was the right side of the hotel. That was the best view ever it came with fireworks at night from the other hotel the rock arch way better.
